You can activate on multiple user accounts without using an additional activation. The limit is 3 activations per computer, not per user account. In regards to deactivating, please contact [email protected].

Hi, I also have a registration problem. I recently bought Fluenz Spanish and Fluenz French, and installed them on a 2010 iMac with Lion. I launched Spanish and registered it. Then I closed Spanish, launched French and registered French. Now when I open Spanish, it asks me to register. So I re-register it, and I can open it and close it without the registration prompt. The same is happening with French, it forces me to "register" after going into Spanish and registering it.
It seems that the problem is registering Spanish causes French to be unregistered on the computer, and registering French causes Spanish to be unregistered. Can you please resolve? I have gone back and forth re-registering French and Spanish a number of times and I am concerned that I will hit the licensing limit on the computer. I have a laptop that I would like to install Spanish and French on as well, but would like to resolve the licensing issue before I do so because I am afraid that I will run into the same problem and cause Fluenz to be blocked on my computers. Thanks.

I am installing Fluenz on workstations where student users login. How can I activate the application for ALL users that access the workstations in Windows. We are in an Active Directory environment and therefore students are required to login with their own individual id. If I am limited to 3 per workstation... how can work that out if I have 10 students and I don't know their user id or passwords. This seems like a fundamental oversite in the activation given that nearly all school systems work this way. I need a method for activating the software so that it is activated for all users of the workstation and not just the single user account (which is a service account) that use to install the application. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated...

Activations are on a computer-by-computer basis. Even if the software
asks for the serial number, it still only counts as one activation.
It's all linked to the computer. You can install Fluenz on the Admin account and each user can login to there separate user account without using anymore activations. I hope this helps.

Sure, please email us your order number from Amazon at [email protected] and we'll send it over shortly. (Amazon doesn't allow us to see a user's email when purchasing, so we aren't able to locate it without the number). Thank you!
