You'll get to a point in the software where they explain that the majority of adjectives follow nouns in Italian, so they're probably just getting your ear used to that structure with the lesson you're currently in.

A lora. It is common latin based languages to place the noun before the adjective. In English however, we place the our nouns after our adjectives. Like the poster before me said, they are doing it to get your ear used to hearing it. The best example that I can give is with food as I dine out almost daily when I visit Italy. a few menu examples include: vino bianco for white wine, pizza ai quattro formaggi for 4 cheese pizza, etc.
