I have recently started Fluenz Italian. I find that leaving a day away from the lessons helps me to relax in the language. I do no more than my mind can take at a sitting which at the start was about 30 minutes or so. With each lesson, I am able to study for longer periods. Some lessons take longer, so when my mind gets tired, I stop and pickup on the next sitting. The worst thing you can do is force yourself through a lesson when your mind is not ready to accept the new information. If you find that you are continually going back and forth on a workout before you get things right, it is time to stop for the day. A good way to refresh your mind is to us the flashcards before the start of a new session. Works wonders!
Good Luck. Ciao.
