Ustedes is used when referring to more than one person in the unfamiliar (like "tu" when you speak to someone you've known for a while) context. If you are talking to one person, its Usted and if its two, three or more, its ustedes. I hope that helps.

Ustedes is used in Lesson #3. It is a plural of you.

I think you need to take a more critical look at the lessons, you should have seen 'ustedes' many times(it was introduced in 3).

You shouldn't get too interested in "vosotros," since it is only used in Spain.

okay everyone....i was using the "spain" lessons. i have just switched to "latin america"...... less formal.... gracias ustedes.........................(that's "thanks you all".....
