The literal translation of "pour aller" is "in order to go", but it basically means "to go". You can also use it to ask for directions, like: "pour aller au cinema, s'il vous plait?" - which literally translates as: In order to go to the movie theater, (where should I go), please?, but in more standard English it would be: "Where is the movie theater?.
