I'm not at this level yet as I prefer the way Fluenz presents the subject matter. But you might enjoy it.

Osei - you've found the Dative tense! enjoy it - because it will probably make you a little crazy while you are learning German!

Generally:
Akkusativ answers the questions "where to?"
Akk = movement > Ich gehe ins Kino (I go into the movie theater)
Dative answers the question "where?"
Dative = being still > Ich bin im (in dem) Kino (I am in the movie theater)
However, there are some exceptions (of course, this is German - we can expect nothing except exceptions!)
mit, bei, zu = Dativ (even if you are moving)
Ich gehe zum (zu dem) Arzt (I go to the Doctor)
and fuer= Akkusativ
Das ist fuer meinen Bruder
