Hi Laurie, sorry for the delay in our reply. If you haven't done so yet, could you please write to us at [email protected] with your serial code? We can send you a new one if that is not working. I'm very sorry for the inconveniences. You can choose to skip installation for now and it will give you a 5 day period to use the program without having to type in the key. We'll solve this issue before that times expires.
