have you tried using shift+f3... i've never used the shortcut your talking about... i always use shift+7 in fluenz anywhere... i don't if it will work on the disc but it's worth a shot

This can happen on laptops when some of the F-keys (F1, F2, etc) are given other default functions, such as changing your screen brightness. In such cases, there is usually an "Fn" key somewhere on the keyboard (look in the bottom left perhaps). Holding that down will let you use the F1-3 keys normally, meaning they'll play the audio in Fluenz.
