30 dreißig
40 vierzig
50 fünfzig
60 sechzig
70 siebzig
80 achtzig
90 neunzig
100 hundert (or einhundert)
Up to this point counting in German is pretty easy. It becomes little more difficult when writing 21, 22, etc.
21 einundzwanzig (literally, one and twenty)
22 zweiundzwanzig (literally, two and twenty)
23 dreiundzwanzig (literally, three and twenty)
24 vierundzwanzig (literally, four and twenty)
25 fünfundzwanzig (literally, five and twenty)
26 sechsundzwanzig (literally, six and twenty)
27 siebenundzwanzig (literally, seven and twenty)
28 achtundzwanzig (literally, eight and twenty)
29 neunundzwanzig (literally, nine and twenty)
30 dreißig
31 einunddreißig (literally, one and thirty)

and so on
e.g. 121 would be written as einhunderteinundzwanzig. Trust me, it can get very long when you go into thousands and beyond. :)
e.g. 475 would be written as vierhundertfünfundsiebzig.
