Dear Zahi, I just notified our Tech Support specialists and sent you an email. You'll be contacted shortly and the extra info about the type of Mac you have and disc versions will be useful to help troubleshoot this issue, for which I apologize for any inconveniences you're having with it.
Now in regards of the use for "Se" there are to uses.
(1) "Se" as "it". You use it when you want to say that someone or something moved, did something, or if anything happened to someone or something. For instance if you ask: "What happened to him?" (¿Qué le pasó a él?), a good response with "Se" would be: "Se cayó" (He fell (off)), or you can also say "Se fue" (He left)
In regards to objects, it's the same story. "What happened to the chair?" (¿Qué le pasó a la silla?), a response with "Se" would be: "Se rompió" (It broke), or "Se perdió" (it got lost)
(2) "Sé" as "(I) know". It always has an accent. Some examples:
"Yo sé lo que estoy haciendo" (I know what I'm doing)
"Sé que no es bueno" ((I) know that it's not good)
"No lo sé" ((I) don't know (it))
Hope this helps and we'll working hard to get you the microphone issue solved as soon as possible. I apologize for the inconveniences. Cheers
