I have finished French 5, and I think that the constructions you are asking about are not covered. For the first one, I checked Google translate. For I am going to wait for you and them, they give "je vais attendre pour vous et eux." However, if I ask for "I await you and them." It give "je vous attends et eux." Not sure if this is correct or not. For the second one, I am pretty sure the first "pour" is corrent. However, for payer we are only taught "pay (somebody) for (something)", which is "payer quelque chose a quelqu'un" but not "pay for (someone's benefit)" which is an odd English expression anyway. But Google Translate gives for "I am going to pay the bill for us" "Je vais payer la facture pour nous." (facture another word for addition). From some reading, etc., I get the idea that the use of "pour" is pretty flexible in French, and is an alternate way to say a lot of things which we have been taught to do in other ways.
