I can live with most of the typos. What I find most "misleading" is how all the single words in the exercises and flashcards always begin with upper case. So you will see Sie, Ihr, Morgen etc. for she, her, and tomorrow, when those all should begin with lower case. I also find the use of commas and periods in Level 1 answers quite inconsistent. Level 2 is better. But having said all that, I still find Fluenz to be by far the best instructional course on German I have ever seen. I have tried no less than five other programs and this is simply the best. No contest. (P.S. The flashcards do say Beta version)
