Always keep thinking of what is being said in the sentence and you'll have no problem using "sie" or "Sie".

The precision you keep hearing is the use of grammar in German. Using your example "Sie", case or formal or plural all will fall into place when used in a sentence.

Sie gehen. You have no idea if I meant "you go" or "they go".

You meant the latter :) Two words is not much to go on, so I have to rely here on punctuation and sentence structure.
