Assuming this is the Spain edition, You = Tú, You(p) = Vosotros, You(r) = Usted, You(r)(p) = Ustedes. Looks like (r) is shorthand for regular: You(r) want to go to the theater? = ¿(Usted) Quiere ir al teatro? Tú vs Usted, Vosotros vs Ustedes is a lengthy topic which should be explained over the course of the series.
