Here is my tak on this. First of all, you don't generally say "Vous et Eric voulez aller..." rather in French it is "Vous et Eric, vous voulez aller..." Also, "Jean et Eric, ils ont..." not Jean et Eric ont..." The French do not generally use combined subject as in English. But in your example the verb would be "voulez" not "veulent" because you are adressing the two people as "you (two)".
