Can we please end the incompatibility woes
This question has been asked numerous times on this forum, and I'm sure the Fluenz team has received loads of emails about it. To fix it for me, they emailed me software that would work with the disc in the drive to install it. Then you have to upgrade it again. I have no idea why they don't just let previous purchasers download a working copy, or even mailed working discs that are compatible with the hardware. It's really confusing to have to juggle all these versions, update software, and upgrades floating around on my mac. There are so many fluenz files that are either corrupt, junk files, update software, etc. just so that I can use outdated discs with OSX Lion. This is not a cheap program. So Fluenz, your software is great, but please just fix this stupid incompatibility error by sending out compatible software to previous purchasers. It's not like we're going to shell out hundreds of more dollars so that we can buy the exact same software, but just compatible. It's simply courteous customer service, and I'm sure many of us would really appreciate it.
