Jason, a lot of us had the same problem. Here's the solution. Right click on the Fluenz icon on your desktop. Select Properties and then Compatability. Select Run this Program in Compatability Mode for Windows XP (Service Pack 2). Select Apply and then OK. The next time you start up Fluenz you will be asked if you want to run this program. Select Yes. This should solve the compatability issue you are having. Please post again if this solves your issue.
