Hi there. I was able to get the Fluenz podcasts on my iPad by first downloading the files from Fluenz.com and saving them on my computer (I use a mac). I copied those files into the iTunes program on my mac. Then in iTunes, I located the files in the "Recently Added" smart list, highlighted them all, right-clicked on the selected files, chose "get info", selected the "options" tab, and checked the box for "remember playback position" (now the file is treated like a podcast, so you can exit the podcast and return to it later and it will resume playback right where you left off). Under options, you can also change the "media type" to "podcast", and it will show up in iTunes under "podcasts" instead of under "Music".
Now just sync iTunes on your computer with your iPad, and the podcasts will now be on your iPad. On your iPad, launch the built-in "iTunes" or "Podcasts" app, and you should see your Fluenz podcasts there.
