I had the same question a few months ago. Here are the instructions I received from Fluenz User Support:
In order to install Fluenz on your D drive, you'll need to do a manual installation. Here you have the instructions for that:
1) Insert the Fluenz DVD. If the setup program starts automatically, close it.
2) Open My Computer.
3) Right-click on your DVD drive (it should now have the Fluenz red cube logo) and choose "Open" from the menu that appears.
4) A new window will open. Press the "Alt" key on your keyboard.
5) You should now see a horizontal menu near the top of the window. Click on the "Tools "option and then choose "Folder Options."
6) In the new window that opens, you'll see a series of tabs near the top. Click on the "View" tab.
7) Under "Advanced Options," put a check in the box next to "Show hidden files."
8) Click the OK button.
9) You'll now see a bunch of files and folders. Select any one and then press Ctrl+A to highlight them all.
10) Press Ctrl+C to copy all the files.
11) Open the folder where you'd like to install Fluenz.
12) Now press Ctrl+V to paste all the files from the DVD into that folder.
13) Once they're done copying, you'll see a couple files named "launch." One of these should have the Fluenz logo . That's the file you need to run to start the program.
At this point, you can create a shortcut to that launch file by right-clicking the file and then choosing "Create a shortcut" from the menu that appears. Just rename that shortcut to be the name of the program, and then drag it to your desktop. If you'd like to hide the hidden files on your computer again, just redo steps 4-8, but uncheck the box in step 7.
I have not tried this yet, as I find it so convenient to use Fluenz Anywhere online.
