I am experiencing the same thing: I have to give my registration code from my software, and now waiting for someone to reply to me to let me know how I can get the software update. Why are the updates just not posted on the website so we can download? It's very frustrating...

They sent me a one time use code to download the program on my mac after I emailed fluenz; it only took a couple days. I'm so glad because I bought Spanish levels 1-5 and can use it on my laptop now.

Hi Gigi, The updates are posted over to the left of the commons to download. We only make them available to registered users, so make sure that you have registered your Fluenz product. Hope this helps!

Ditto the above. I've downloaded the updates, but it still says "You can't open the application "FluenzSetup.osx" because PowerPC applications are no longer supported"

Having the same problem -- just finally made it to level 3, and realizing that I can't install from the DVD.
