I was just told that the Fluenz development team have no solution to my problem. Running Fluenz from the DVD or off the web is not a feasible option for me. I will soon change my recommendation on Amazon to include this fact.

Since neither Fluenz nor I have been able to solve this problem, they generously offered a full refund for our five disk course. I refused this offer a the programs work well on our two iMacs. Also I believe that the problem is with the Apple OS and not with the Fluenz package. They responded by offering a 50% refund. Not being one to argue, I have reluctantly accepted this offer.
