Generally I find the Fluenz program to be relatively error free. I'm up to level four in Latin America Spanish, and with so much material, I've found a number of things which were either clearly in need of repair or were sort of a matter of opinion. I get screenshots of everything I question and send them in. The tech support team generally responds appreciably to items I point out to them. In the cases which are not so obviously 'wrong', they will sometimes defend their position, which I completely understand. In other cases they immediately agree that there's a problem and respond that they will forward the issue to the content team. I guess those which can be easily rectified through online software updates they are more likely to fix. Those which would require re-videotaping, I can understand them not wanting to change unless critical. There have only been one or two cases where I felt there was a clear problem and Fluenz's response indicated that they weren't so convinced.

How do you contact the Tech team? I've noticed issues such as the word 'baño' in a sentence of the lesson discussion, but in Sonia's breakdown, she explains the sentence with 'there" in place of the word 'baño" (she never mentions baño). The audio CD says it's a review of Level 1 Lessons 1-4, but includes a word that is not in any of those lessons.
I realize these are not a big deal, but I'm honestly surprised that a QA department or someone hasn't already corrected these. The first day I started using the program, I found an error in the HELP files that they admitted needed to be corrected. This makes me sound like a nit-picking perfectionist. But, again, it's from a career in IT where I'm used to pointing out errors that need to be corrected, LOL. I'm just trying to help make a great program better. I'm definitely enjoying the Fluenz program and teaching techniques.
