I was in the same position as you last year, and you may need to arrange to have updates sent out to you. However, I would strongly suggest you log in to the online fluenz beta at anywhere.fluenz.com and here you should be able to access your lessons. I use the online-version of the program daily on a Macbook Air, and it has the advantages of A) not overheating the processor, and B) not taking up space on the already-too-small hard drive. If you are running the latest version of Safari and OSX, then go to that website, put the browser into full-screen mode, and press the "Command" and "+" keys together to "zoom" the program to within the bounds of your laptop screen.
