"Tu te acordaste" is "you(i) remembered." Te is the reflexive pronoun with tu. Similarly "Yo me acorde" would be "I remembered." "Te acordarse" makes no sense because it has two reflexive pronouns (te and se) with the infinitive. But, if this is a typo, and you meant "te acordaste" then, yes, this is also correct. In the exercises one knows when the subject is either used or implied depending on whether in the English it is in parentheses. So, if the program asks you for "(You)(i) remembered" it would be simply "Te acordaste." The same applies to "Yo", in Spanish it is generally optional. You could just say "Me acorde" for "(I) remembered."
