Another option is to use your smartphone as a hotspot--I do that with Fluenz Anywhere.

Thanks Kevin - hadn't thought of that. Can't do that in my office unfortunately as I have no service anywhere in our building (they seem to be very crafty at keeping us from the outside world when within their bounds!), but can at least do that at a nearby cafe.

Hi Melissa, At this point the laptop is the only option without an internet connection. The Anywhere version will work on the iPad mini, but yes you'll need internet.

Thanks Andy. Any hope of getting a downloadable version in the near future?

We do have a downloadable version available already upon request, but it is not compatible with iPad since it is not an app.

Gotcha! Didn't realize it needed to be an app for it to work on an iPad. Shows you my level of techy-ness. Thanks Andy!

Hi. This isn't an official way to work offline, but I suggest you try launching Fluenz Anywhere on your iPad (in safari) while you're at home, and load up each screen of the lesson you're on (including pressing all the audio buttons to load each sound), all the way to the conclusion video. Then when you get to work, without WIFI access, launch Safari and see if the exercises work. In my experience, everything worked except for the video playback. Hope it works.
