If they are, I haven't found them. I agree it would be helpful. What I have done is go through some of the podcasts and used my English-Italian dictionary app to figure out the words. I can get most of them that way (either start spelling how you think it is in Italian, or use the English word and try to find the translation). Although tedious, in a way it is very helpful because of the attention you are paying to it.
For the last two podcasts, I actually transcribed the whole thing, so if you like I can send them to you...somehow.....or maybe I can post them here. I also memorized the ones I transcribed, and would rehearse them quite a bit to improve my own fluency.

I've taken Kristin's advice and started transcribing the podcasts. It helps a lot.
In level 3, podcast 5, The first thing Manila says: "Quasi tutti mi amici abita a Roma." Shouldn't it be: "Quasi tutti DEI MIEI amici ABITANO a Roma."?
