Yes this is just an issue caused by using an old version of Fluenz on a new OS. I'll send you an email and we'll get you set up with a new version.

I am having the same problem with my Fluenz French 1+2+3+4+5. I'm running OS X Yosemite 10.10.4. Is there some way for me to get a new version? Thanks

Moved from Mavericks (Fluenz Spanish was working) to Yosemite 10.10.5. Now, Spanish 11.5.0r593 installs fine. But, does not allow me connect to your server to activate. Is there an update for 10.10? Thank you.
