Hi, Sarah. There may be more than one way, but I did the following. I downloaded the podcast .zip file to my computer. I created a Fluenz folder in my Music / iTunes folder. If you double click the file, the .mp3 files will be extracted (i.e. Fluenz podcast 1, Fluenz podcast 2, etc.). Once that was done, I went into my iTunes software on my computer and clicked on File and then clicked add Folder to Library - at which point you select the folder with the podcasts mp3 files that you created. Once the podcasts show up in the music library of iTunes, I synced my iPhone to iTunes. Once the sync is completed, the podcasts should show up on your iPhone to play. Hope this helps.

This was ENORMOUSLY helpful Eric T! Perfect instruction and I don't think I would have figured it out otherwise. Merci beaucoup from this (hopeful) French learner!
