@ CCC - I tested German Level 1 on my end and was able to download with no errors. Are you using a laptop/desktop or tablet?

Andy. We have an iMac (purchased earlier this year). My husband has been successfully downloading Fluenz Italian podcasts since May of this year on this iMac. He attempted to download the German as well Italian and received the same message. I attempted to download the German again and received the same message. Thanks for you help.

The issue you mentioned above looks like a permissions issues. I think the user ID "CCC" isn't the one that is set up with the Italian and German access. Do you have another account that you also use for Fluenz? Try using that one if so.

Andy. (I'm not sure that my prior attempt to post a comment was received.) My husband is registered as the Italian user as "jgc." He had previously downloaded the Italian podcasts 1-4. We continue to receive the error message regarding the Italian podcasts and the German podcasts regardless of which account we use. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I am having the same problem with Italian - the flashcards are working but can't get the podcasts.
