@Sterbop - Happy New Year to you too! The section in the user agreement that says " all Fluenz users who have purchased levels through authorized retailers" is written like that because the online access is not given if Fluenz was purchased second hand or from another unauthorized seller. The one year limit is just the baseline and is not necessarily a hard deadline. After a year, we'll either continue to offer Fluenz Online and the Flashcards for free, or charge a very nominal fee to keep them running. Our goal is not to earn a profit from these features but rather to simply keep them sustainable for all our users. We'll be sure to keep in touch as soon as we know more about how this will work. Good luck with your French!
