Hi Laura - The only time I can find the phrase "A che ora chiudono il museo nuovo?" is in session 19, Level 2. The English version is "At what time do (they) close the new museum?", not "At what time does the new museum close?", so it's correct.
Apart from that, you have to distinguish between the subject and the object. The verb always has to agree with the subject, not the object. In the sentence "At what time do (they) close the new museum?" ("A che ora chiudono il museo nuovo?" ) the subject is "they", not "the museum" (They open the museum). That "they" is not determinate, it's impersonal, it refers to whoever does the action of closing the museum (presumably the employees). They is the third person plural pronoun, so the verb must agree with it, and that's why we're using "chiudono", not chiude.
The sentence "A che ora chiude il museo nuovo? (At what time does the new museum close?)" is also correct. Here the subject is "the new museum", "il museo nuovo", so the verb is in the singular. The museum is the one doing the action, although of course the museum cannot physically close itself. I hope this is clearer, please let me know if you understand it now.

When you click on the "a che ora ciudono il museo nuovo" it shows "at what time does the new museum close". There is no mention of "(they)" I'm looking at the last two exercise of 2-20 (repeat the phrases), not 2-19. This should be corrected. I've sent a screen copy to [email protected]
