This is such a disturbing and inappropriate comment. It is also, sadly, a reminder that misogamy still exists :(

Didn't sound misogynous to me.

I applaud all of the Fluenz instructors. In my opinion, being the instructor for countless persons would be a difficult task. I would definitely be nervous, and remembering to smile and trying to be comfortable while at the same time trying to teach those multitudes would be overwhelming for me indeed.
In my opinion, Robert's comment was a compliment. At least that's how I would take it, if I were an instructor.

@Ayden - Unless you think Robert has something against marriage (misogamy), I believe the word you are looking for is misogyny.

disturbing and inappropriate? I have to disagree. I had a similar opinion as Robert, and was happy to see Sophia become more comfortable in front of the camera over time. I enjoyed her as a teacher, and have nothing negative to say about her. I did not interpret Robert's comments to be in any way mean spirited or misogynistic. He could have said the exact same thing about a male instructor.

I've never understood the complaints about Sophie. One does need time to get used to a new instructor but I've always found her to be an enjoyable teacher.

I stand by my observation, bar the unfortunate typo. Yes, @Eric, I was obviously referring to misogyny!
