This is typically caused by a firewall. If you can temporarily use a different network to connect such as a wifi hotspot, that will do the trick. I'll also email you special instructions via our support channel.

I had to reinstall Windows 10 (EDGE) and lost many of my files, including Fluenz files. I reinstalled FLuenz Italian Disk 5 and have the same problem as the previous user. I get the following message when I enter my email and password:
unable to connect to the server please check your network connection
