1: Ricorda is the 3rd person singular conjugation of the verb ricordare. The reflexive pronoun “si” is gender neutral, so the phrase can actually apply to either He or She.
If context doesn’t determine the gender, you can add the personal pronoun before the negative: Lui non si ricorda . . . “He doesn’t remember . . .”
2: al bancomat - “at the ATM,” or “to the ATM”
Sono andato al bancomat. - I went to the ATM.
Sono stato al bancomat. - I was at the ATM
dal bancomat - “from the ATM,” but in English, we would probably say “of the ATM.”
Ho ritirato i soldi dal bancomat. - I took money out of (from) the ATM.

Thanks Riff251! Regarding #1 -- How silly of me and how simple. Been working lately with a lot of past tense reflexive verbs and the agreement with the past participle --and I lost sight of the fact that this is a just a simple present tense! Thank you. Regarding #2 -- thanks for the clarification -- that helped a lot.
