Yo quiero: I want
Tú quieres (informal you, applies when you talk to a friend, for example): You want.
Él/Ella/Usted quiere: He/She wants, /You (formal) want
Nosotros queremos: We want
Vosotros queréis: you all want (informal you, when you talk to a group of friends, applies to Spain only)
Ellos/Ellas/Ustedes quierien: They(masculine/feminine)/You all (formal) want
For all the conjugations you can omit the yo, tú, ella, etc... so:
Quiero: always "I want"
Quiere: Could be "he wants", or "she wants" or "you (formal) want". You would know from the context what it is. When the context is not very clear, people will use the pronoun to qualify who they're talking about.
You will get a pretty good understanding of the conjugations as you continue your lessons. Pay extra attention to the endings, and where to put the stress, because those are KEY to the Spanish conjugations, as you will see in future lessons.
