It looks like your access hasn't been set up yet. Have you activated the program with the serial code you would have received when you purchased? It will automatically grant you access to languages and tools when you do. Please write us at [email protected] if you need any more help.

I replied to this above, but let's start all over. i already signed in yesterday with the "unique registration code" . Is that what you mean? i'm assuiming you only have to do that once. correct? at any rate it won't allow me to use the pulldown menu on the Flash Card screen. I checked the Agree field. You appear to be doing some maintenance on the site. could that be the issue? Grazie and ciao.
