Hi there, this is definitely a false positive. All of our updates are built in what is called a "sandbox" environment which protects it from outside sources.

I'm sure that your sandbox is a safe environment but an update could become infected anywhere after that: in your Quality Assurance environment, your User Acceptance environment, in Fluenz's production, or on your web host. Saying that it was safe in the sandbox (the development environment) is sort of like saying that I didn't have the flu when I left the house this morning- I was healthy but I was exposed to it later, in a different location. It's true but I could still have the flu.
The Norton alert may be a false positive - I had the same problem in March and got the same response about the development environment being safe. At the end of the day, Fluenz stood behind their product and me, their customer, and sent me a replacement disc. So while the sandbox response isn't adequate, the company and the product are still top-notch in my mind.
