I have the same problem I sent two emails and left two voice mails with Support and no response yet. I have the FLuenz ID I have the serial number but cannot find where to enter it. help please

The online access is automatically added when you activate the DVD software for the first time. I manually took care of this from our end, so you are both all set. Please email us at [email protected] if we can help with anything else.
