Hi, I checked 1:13. She uses "esta bueno" because she's taking about a current dish, not the innate quality of it, otherwise she would use "es bueno". Then she contrasts bueno, good, with bien, alright. Maybe someone else can explain to you better :) Ser/Estar Bien/Bueno are not easy to grasp, but you're only on level 1, trust me she will come back to this often !
