I am currently studying French but have studied conversational German for a number of years (long before Fluenz existed.). The position of words like auch and bitte can vary and there isn't always a correct place. English being a Germanic language shares that. For example: Would you help me, please? vs Would you please help me? Würden Sie mir helfen, bitte? vs Würden Sie mir bitte helfen? There may, however, be strict grammar rules that I'm not aware. I've only been interested in informal conversational German. Either way, you'll be understood. There is a rule that time always comes before place. In English we would say: Would you like to go to Berlin tomorrow? But in German: Würden Sie morgen nach Berlin fahren. See: time: morgen comes before place: Berlin. German also has interjections that have no correspondence in English and Germans can throw these in almost anywhere. Viel Glück
