I: Yo soy/estoy
You: Tú eres/estás (informal)
You: Usted es/están (Formal)
He/She/it: Él/Ella es/está
We: Nosotros somos/estamos
You all: Vosostros sois/estáis (informal) - only in Spain
You all: Ustedes son/están (formal) - Formal You all in Spain, and both used for formal/informal in Latin America
They: Ellos/Ellas son/están
In some places, like in Argentina, they replace "tú eres" with "vos sos". In any case you will always be understood if you use one of the "standard" Spain or Latin America conjugations.
