I'm here in Germany and on the end lessons of Level 4 (I haven't been using Fluenz lately). I'm in a German course and going to take my TELC C1 Exam in about 5 weeks. Currently using "Hueber (on my book it's spelt without an umlaut) Auf neuen Wegen - Deutsch als Fremdsprache für die Mittelstufe und Oberstufe". I have written a post with my German ressources in the past, feel free to take a look, I would suggest Herr Antrim on youtube as he has printable worksheets.
Best of luck,
Mike

In my experience, Fluenz is great at teaching Grammar, however not heavy on new vocab. Therefore one should supplement Fluenz with a good Vocab trainer such as Anki, a mobile app. There are really good free decks with over 2000 flashcards built in. Best of luck on getting fluent in German!
