Hi there--I just purchased this same program and can't get it to work either!!! Very frustrating to say the least. In fact, I am so disappointed I am thinking of asking for a refund. Did you get this resolved? I shouldn't have to email user support to get it to work right the first time!

@coolsuly - The access to the online materials is automatically granted when you activate the DVDs for the first time. In the case above, the users wanted access before the activation was complete, so no issues at all.
