The topic has been covered on a few threads in the forum. Keep in mind that Fluenz is not promoted as preparation for the CEFR exams. So they do not necessarily cover all of the material for a specific exam, in some cases they may cover more. Completing 5 levels in a Fluenz language will generally get you up to A2 level of the particular language. If your intentions are to take these exams, in my opinion Fluenz would be excellent preparation material. In addition I would highly recommend practicing your language as much as possible in real world situations, in all 4 elements, reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Speaking from experience, taking an exam is stressful, especially when you are sitting across for a panel of native speakers, asking you questions, but it's also the most awesome experience when you can answer them in your new language.
