You could say Tú necesitas ir con ella al teatro, which means You need to go to with her to the theater, with an emphasis on the YOU. If you wanted to make it a question you can say Necesitas tú ir con ella al teatro? Do YOU need to go to the theater? In spanish you usually don't need to qualify the subject because it's implied by the conjugation of the verb. So you qualify if you want to emphasize or if it's not clear due to the conjugation ending.

I was more concerned about the placement of the "tomorrow" or "today". The first was you need to go with her tomorrow to the theatre...but the second was are you going to the theatre today? The placement of the tomorrow before theatre but today after theatre is where I was confused.

Mmmm i don't see any difference between the two. It's the same in French (my native language) and both are used. Actually in English both are possible too, you need to go with her to tomorrow to the theatre, and you need to go with her to the theater tomorrow. Let's see if Fluenz has some comment about this!
