You can also use "Hola!" app on Chrome browser and access Netflix as if you were in France. That gives you a lot of french content to practice. =)

If you don't mind non-native content, most of the newer Netflix original series include audio and subtitles in Spanish, French, and German. Daredevil, Sense 8, Grace and Frankie, and Kimmy Schmidt are all fully translated, as is the latest season of OITNB (I believe seasons 1-2 are English and Spanish only). You can browse by language here: http://www.netflix.com/browse/subtitl..., though it doesn't distinguish between those with audio and those with subtitles only.
As Genecy said, there are tools like VPNs or browser extensions that allow you to pretend you're in another country. That allows you to access loads of content in your desired language, both local series and translations of Hollywood movies. The free services aren't very secure, especially Hola. A paid VPN is reasonably cheap ($5-10 per month) and much safer.

You can get "Tele-Matin" online from France 2. It's sort of like the "Today Show". It's a great way to practice your french listening skills as you can go back and listen to a passage as many times as you like, and it's also a great resource for learning about french culture, politics, current events, & my favorite, la meteo!

I use an App called ARTE which has some great French/German documentary style shows. https://itunes.apple.com/fr/app/arte/...
