Hi there. I've found the 2 hours to be very accurate, but I split that time into 3 parts. Day1, the day/night before, I learn just the vocabulary for the session. I write out each word, then practice saying it with the vocabulary section. This takes about 15min to 30 min. Day2, I review the vocabulary section again just briefly for 5 min, then go through the entire lesson as you normally would, which roughly takes 1 hour. Because I'm now familiar with the lesson's vocabulary (giving it time to sink in overnight), the lesson won't take as long and I'm able to make much better sense of everything. Day3, usually the following day, I briefly run through the lesson once more, takes about 30 min. I generally aim for 2 sessions a week to avoid overload. Practicing the online flashcards is also key to retention. Hope that helps!
