I am having the same experience. I can log in, but cannot access flashcards, and on the iPhone and iPad I can log in but every language is grayed out, so nothing responds. Hope this is a very temporary and one-time problem, or I will be asking for a refund promptly.

Can you help me too? Same problem, I can log in but not access the language. I have been emailed the activation code, but I have not yet received the package in the mail. I can't figure out where to enter the activation code to get started right away. (It would be awesome if instructions to activate were emailed along with the code.) thanks in advance! :-)
