I would suggest emailing [email protected]. I had issues when I first purchased the software and they helped out right away. They had me online and on the apps right away.

Thanks for that... I guess they dont work weekends. I am not sure what they need to do on their end, but I would expect I could start using this straight away. Obviously not!
