Literally "Qué le damos?" means "What to him (usted) we give"? In the context, it means "What can I get you?".
Qué le busca seems grammatically incorrect by itself, it means "That to him he searches for", it could be a colloquial incorrect way to say "What are you looking for". Maybe others will have a better explanation :)
